Zeyi Cheng M.D., Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. He graduated with distinction from School of Medicine, Lanzhou University, China in 07/2016 and got his Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine, and then he was recommended to study for a master’s degree at West China Hospital Sichuan University, China for exemption. During that period, he completed the standardized training of resident surgery at West China Hospital of Sichuan University and obtained the qualification certificate. He got Master of Cardiac Surgery degree in 07/2019 and continued to study at Sichuan University for PH.D. from 09/2019. He have already got China scholarship council funding support to study at Stanford University as a visiting graduate student from 01/09/2021 to 30/08/2023. His current research interest mainly focuses on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
