Professor Timo Strandberg

Timo E Strandberg, MD, PhD, is the full professor of geriatric medicine at the University of Helsinki, Finland, and physician-in chief at the Helsinki University Hospital, Department of Medicine. He is also affiliated with the University of Oulu, Finland. He has participated in several national and international studies including 4S, and ongoing FINGER and SPRINTT studies. He is the primary investigator of the Helsinki Businessmen Study. Professor Strandberg is a past president of the European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS) and currently chairing the IAGG-European Region Clinical Section.
