Doctor William Moody

Will Moody is a Consultant Cardiologist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, UK. He is trained and accredited in multi-modality imaging (TOE, CMR, Nuclear). In 2019, he undertook a post CCT fellowship in Inherited Cardiac Conditions at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, UK. In 2015, he was awarded a Joint ACC/BCS Imaging Preceptorship at Cedars-Sinai under Dr Dan Berman. After being awarded a BMedSc with First Class Honours, Dr Moody qualified with Honours in Medicine at the University of Birmingham in 2005. He was subsequently awarded a BHF Clinical Research Fellowship and completed his PhD in CMR in Birmingham on “The Effects of a Reduction in Renal function on Cardiovascular Structure and Function”. His research won the Top Original Clinical Science Paper published in Hypertension after he was shortlisted as a YIA Finalist at ACC 2015.
