Dr Imtiaz Ul Hassan has been working as a cardiologist for the last 10 years. He has completed his medical graduation from the University of Health Sciences (UHS) in Lahore, Pakistan. He has earned his Fellowship(FCPS) in Cardiology from the College of Physicians and Surgeons(CPSP) Pakistan in 2018. Later on, he got fellowship training in Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging (ACI) from Leeds General Infirmary(LGI) UK including Cardiac MRI, TOE and Cardiac CT in 2021. Currently, he is working as Senior Clinical Fellow in Cardiac Imaging and Valve in St Thomas Hospital London to gain further experience in Cardiac Imaging. He has special interest in cardiac MRI, Stress Echocardiography and Interventional TOE and 3 D Echo.

A rare case of small coronary-cameral fistula- arteriosinusoidal type, with anomalous connection of left anterior descending artery to the left ventricle.
