Born in Abano Terme (Pd) on September 7th 1981. Graduated in 2006 at the University of Medicine and Surgery of Padua with magna cum laude. Specialized in Internal Medicine in 2012 with 70 cum laude at the University of Padua. She is active as a researcher in the hypertension field since 2002. Since the beginning of her career she has been interested in 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, validation of devices for home blood pressure measurements, assessment of arterial compliance and pharmacological trials. She is reviewer of theJournal of Hypertension, Blood Pressure and Hypertension, High Blood pressure and Cardiovascular Prevention, American Journal of Hypertension. She has published 42 papers on hypertension topics. In September 2017 she won the Young Investigator Award British and Irish Society of Hypertension, and in September 2018 she was the runner-up for the International Society of Hypertension NIC Poster presentation Award (clinical Science).
