Dr Mary Philip is a cardiologist at La Timone University Hospital (AP-HM, Marseille), and a clinical fellow in the team of Professor Gilbert Habib, with a focus on valvular heart diseases, infective endocarditis, and advanced echocardiography. She is currently pursuing a PhD in medical sciences at Aix-Marseille University (MEPHI, Inserm U1261), focusing on multi-modality imaging and artificial intelligence in infective endocarditis, aiming to develop personalized management strategies.
She completed an academic fellowship at McGill University (Montreal, Canada), during which she obtained the Level III Certification in Advanced Echocardiography. She is also actively involved in medical education, coordinating echocardiography training for cardiology residents at AP-HM, and has contributed to simulation-based teaching programs.
