Doctor Guirgis Gabra

Guirgis Gabra, MD, is clinical assistant professor in Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. He is one of the advanced multidisciplinary Heart failure team. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Gabra earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Alexandria University in Egypt, and was a GP until he undertook his cardiology residency in 2003. Following, he continued his medical education at Ain Shams University in Cairo, earning his Masters in Cardiology. Dr. Gabra has participated in a new Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant (AHFT) program in Kuwait that started in 2010, following up both advanced heart failure including LVAD, and post cardiac transplant inpatients and outpatients. He also has an extensive experience in Transthoracic as well as Transoesophageal Echo under the supervision of McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
