Prof. Tse is dually qualified in public health and pharmaceutical medicine. He is Professor, Department of Population, School of Nursing and Health Sciences, Hong Kong Metropolitan University and Chair Professor at the Tianjin Institute of Cardiology, Tianjin Medical University. He was previously Reader in Public Health at University of Kent, Public Health Consultant at Medway Council, and Senior Epidemiologist at the Observational and Pragmatic Research Institute, Singapore. He is Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey and Honorary Associate Professor at UCL. In recognition of his contributions to cardiovascular big data, he was an elected a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (Class II: Medicine).
