Janet Wei, MD, FACC, FAHA is the Assistant Director of the Barbra Streisand Women's Heart Center, Associate Program Director of the Cardiology Fellowship Training Program, Co-Director of the Stress Echocardiography Lab, and Associate Medical Director of the Biomedical Imaging Research Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Wei completed her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, which was followed by advanced clinical and research training in women’s heart disease as a National Institutes of Health (NIH) T32 Trainee at the Cedars-Sinai Smidt Heart Institute. Dr. Wei’s clinical and research interests include cardiovascular disease in women, preventive cardiology, coronary microvascular dysfunction and coronary vasospasm.
