Graduated 1993 Tartu University. Since Dec1993 started to work as CICUnit. From Feb.1994 started to build up pacemaker implantation service in Tallinn, until that time, the implanting center was located only in Tartu University. Please note, that Estonia got independence 1991, it was post-soviet era. 1998 started to build up EP-service and ablations in Tallinn, until that time only Estonian EP center was also located in Tartu University Hospital (started 1995-96). In 2000 pionered in CRT therapy, since 2005 PVI ablation, since 2007 structural heart VT ablation. At that moment (2007) we had 5 doctors in Estonia, who were involved in EP, I was the only one who routinely did AF ablations (with EnSIte and Cryo) and structural VT ablations. Unfortunately personal and professional envy lead to my illegal firering from my EP position Dec 2011. I won case in court, but didn't want to continue working under same management, Found job in Sweden, Gothenburg and invested my resourches there
