Doctor Oskar Galuszka

Inselspital - University of Bern, Bern (Switzerland)

Member of:

European Society of Cardiology
European Heart Rythm Association

Oskar started his career in Cardiology in 2014 at Department of Cardiology, Charité University Hospital Berlin combining research and clinical training. Throughout his training his main focus was Imaging in Cardiovascular Disease, especially patient assessment undergoing percutenaous valve interventions and EP procedures. The crowning achievement was EACVI Ceritification in Adult Transthoracic and Transoesophageal Echocardiography in 2020 and 2021 respectively. After completing his Board Exam in Internal Medicine in Berlin, he decided to pursue a career in Cardiac Arrhythmias and EP Research Fellowship at Bern University Hospital. His currenct research work focuses on novel ablation techniques for atrial fibrillation, assessing imaging modalities for evaluation of patients undergoing ventricular tachycardia ablation and clinical evaluation of leadless pacing. Oskar has been an active EACVI and EHRA Member since 2015 presenting his research at multiple ESC meetings throught his career.
