Dr Sádaba is a qualified Cardiothoracic Surgeon. He was awarded a Master’s Degree in Science by the University of Leeds. Subsequently he was awarded a PhD degree by the Public University of Navarra for his work on degenerative aortic valve disease. He is currently Chief of Cardiac Surgery at the Navarra University Hospital in Pamplona (Spain) and Associate Professor at the Public University of Navarra. His research interests have focused on heart valve disease and myocardial regeneration therapy.
