Dr. Ana García-Álvarez got her Cardiology degree at Hospital Clinic Barcelona and PhD by University of Barcelona. She further specialized in advanced cardiovascular imaging at Mount Sinai Hospital; Statistics and Methodology at Johns Hopkins University; and translational research at CNIC. She currently combines her work as a cardiologist and Head of the Cardiology Department in Hospital Clinic with her role leading a translational research line in Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension at CNIC and IDIBAPS.
