Doctor Suleman Aktaa

Dr Aktaa is a Higher Specialty Trainee at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and currently doing a PhD at the University of Leeds. His research focus is around cardiovascular quality indicators, data definitions and data harmonisation. He co-authored the 'Administration and Data Collection' chapter of the 2021 PCR-EAPCI Textbook, and led the development of the European Society of Cardiology methodology for cardiovascular quality indicator development. Dr Aktaa has an interest in intervention cardiology. He is a member of EuroPCR and has participated as a panel expert and an executive program committee memebr in EuroPCR annual meeting.
