Nicolas Meneveau, MD, PhD is a Professor of Cardiology of the University of Franche-Comté Faculty of Medicine, and works in the Department of Cardiology of the University Hospital Jean Minjoz, in Besancon, France. He is chief of the heart-lung sector of the University hospital, bringing together the departments of Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine and Cardiovascular & thoracic surgery. Within the Department of Cardiology, he is chief of the catheterization laboratories. His main research interests include interventional cardiology, venous thrombo-embolic disease, acute coronary syndromes and antithrombotic agents.
