Dr Ho Kheng Thye is Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Mount Alvernia Hospital, Singapore. During a career that has spanned 20 years in the public health sector & 10 years in the private sector, he has held various positions such as Head, Department of Cardiology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Asst Professor Of Medicine, Chairman of the Chapter of Cardiologists, Vice-president of the Singapore Cardiac Society, & Member of the Ministry of Health Workgroup on National Cardiac Care. Dr Ho trained in Cardiac CT in Erlangen, Germany, and was the first CT-Board Certified cardiologist in Singapore. He was the Chairman of Committee publishing “Guidelines on Use of Cardiac CT in Singapore in 2006”. He was also a member of the Guideline and International Committees of the Society of Cardiac CT & has authored multiple research papers & book-chapters on cardiac CT. His current research interests are in CT-myocardial perfusion imaging & CT-FFR.
