Marko Noc, MD, PhD is specialized in interventional cardiology and acute cardiac care. He is the head of the Center of Intensive Internal Medicine and interventional cardiologist at the University Medical Center, Ljubljana (Slovenia), professor of medicine at the Medical School Ljubljana and co-director of interventional cardiology at the international heart center Medicor, Izola (Slovenia). His research and clinical work is focused on interventiolan aspects of acute coronary syndroms, cardiac arrest and cardiogenic shock. He has published 120 PubMed listed papers and 12 invited book chapters in major international texbooks. He is a member of the scientific program committe of EuroPCR and faculty member at the major international cardiology meetings.
