Pr. Emmanuel Messas is MD PhD and Fellow of European Society of Cardiology, Head of HYPERVASC department ( Vascular Medicine and LaeV ultrasound lab) at Hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou, Université of Paris and Inserm UMR 970, Paris, France. His main field of research is innovation in CV ultrasound imaging and therapy in heart failure, heart valve disease and vascular diseases. Since 15 years, he forged a strong collaboration with world leader in Ultrasound Physics M. Tanter and M. Pernot. Their collaboration span on new start up called Emyosound® which develop a new revolutionary ultrasound imaging tools using elastography to evaluate non-invasively myocardial stiffness in cardiac amyloidosis and in heart failure patient. Finally, since eight years he cofound a startup called Cardiawave which developed a breakthrough disruptive technology on noninvasive ultrasound therapy for classified aortic valve stenosis . The FIM study was recently publish in Lancet Journal.
