1977 She graduated in Medicine and specialized in Cardiology with full marks in Turin University 1978-1983 Fellowship in Congenital heart disease and interventional Cardiology in London (National Heart Hospital and Sick Children Hospital) 1988-1997 Director of Cardiovascular Department in Hospital Giovanni Bosco in Turin. 1997-2017 Consultant in Interventional Cardiology in Humanitas Research Hospital Rozzano (MI). 2017 up to now Senior Consultant in Interventional Cardiology in the same Hospital. The main reserach fields: Congenital heart disease, Cardiocascular diseases in women, Percutaneous Intervention in structural heart diseases (more than 300 publications, ,many books chapters, two books on Heart Diseases in Women) Member of EAPCI, ESC Fellow, Fellow of GISE Member of SCAI Member of SIC (Italian Society of Cardiology) Member of Guidelines of ESC for: "Management of Cardiac Diseases during Pregnancy and of "Management on Grown-up Congenital Heart Disease"
