Professor Siew Yen Ho

Prof Ho has an international reputation for research and education in congenital heart disease and arrhythmias including morphological correlates with imaging, surgery, interventions, and arrhythmias. Annually, she organizes and directs several short courses for postgraduates and practitioners including her very well known ‘Hands-on Cardiac Morphology’ course at the Brompton. She is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology, Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (London) and a Registered Practitioner and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy(UK). To date, she has written/co-written 447 research papers published in peer-reviewed journals, 115 chapters in books, and 12 books. She recently made a series of educational lectures viewable on 3D format with the aim of improving understanding of Cardiac Anatomy for students as well as for Cardiac interventionists and surgeons.
