Consultant in internal medicine and cardiology with skills in intensive care, all modes of echocardiography, abdominal sonography and also therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy. From 2008 involved in several clinical evaluations (cardiology, diabetology, hepatology) as prime investigator. Research interest in heart failure, coronary artery disease and acute cardiology. Has been working as a head of intensive care unit of the Department of Cardiology and Internal Medicine, University Hospital Brno, Czech Republic, since 2019.
