Adam completed his Honours BSc in Biological Sciences at the University of Guelph in Canada. He completed a PhD at the University of Oxford in Cardiovascular Medicine funded by a Commonwealth Scholarship and a MSc in Healthcare Data Informatics at the University of Cambridge. He is now an Associate Professor in Cardiovascular Science at the Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford and the Deputy Chief Scientist for the UK Biobank.
