Caroline J. Magri graduated in Medicine & Surgery from the University of Malta in 2004. During her training in Cardiology, she spent a one-year clinical fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan, Italy whereby she worked in the Catheterisation Laboratory with expert operators, including Dr. Antonio Colombo. In 2013, she obtained Master in Interventional Cardiology at Universita’ Vita-Salute, San Raffaele. In 2016, she successfully completed Master course in Cardiology at the University of Brighton with a Distinction. In 2018, she obtained her PhD from the University of Malta with the title, “Cardiovascular Disease & Atherosclerosis: Novel Risk Factors & Predictors”. She is currently Consultant Interventional Cardiologist and Research Support Lead at Mater Dei Hospital Malta, a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta as well as Reader in Cardiology at Queen Mary University of London, Malta Campus.
