Dr. Satoshi Yanagisawa is a cardiac-electrophysiologist and is now a clinical lecturer of Advanced Cardiovascular Therapeutics at Nagoya University in Japan. He started as a fellow doctor at Okazaki City Hospital, Japan in 2005 and was a cardiology medical staff member in 2007. After completing his residency, he trained in arrhythmia and electrophysiology at Nagoya University School of Medicine, Japan, from 2013 to 2015. He has worked at the Nagoya University Hospital as an expert and educator in the Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology Department since 2015. He received a Ph.D. in the prognosis of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation and anemia from Nagoya University, Japan. Dr. Yanagisawa is working at Nagoya University Hospital in education, research, and medical treatment. He has been active in the areas of cardiac electrophysiology, arrhythmia, and device implantation.
