Lilian Grigorian, M.D., Ph.D., works as a clinician at the Department of Cardiology (Section of Interventional Cardiology) and as a Principal Investigator at the Translational Cardiovascular Research Laboratory of the Gregorio Marañón University Hospital, Madrid. Her main research field is focused on the application of novel biological treatments to heart failure and aging-related cardiovascular diseases in general.
Dr. Grigorian is the Representative of the Nucleus of the Working Group on Cardiovascular Regenerative and Reparative Medicine of the European Society of Cardiology.
She has over one hundred publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=RGCkIkgAAAAJ&hl=en) and over 20 book chapters. Dr. Grigorian has been the recipient of 8 scientific awards and prizes from distinguished societies and institutions.
