Dr. Kim is an accomplished cardiologist and Director of Special Cardiac Imaging and Heart Transplantation at Sejong Hospital, the only specialized heart hospital in Korea. Her career showcases strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills, including successful heart transplants and LVAD procedures. She completed her residency, felloship and Ph.D. degree from Seoul National University Hospital, where she conducted clinical trials and animal experiments on heart failure, resulting in multiple SCI papers. Her passion for patient care and research earned her various awards, including the 'Korean Society of Cardiology Young Research Award' and the 'LG Future Medical Award.' She co-chairs the ISHLT Guideline Update Task Force and serves on the Program Committee for ISHLT. Dr. Kim is recognized for her excellence in clinical research and the implementation of innovative technologies, such as machine learning in heart failure.
