Dr. Hyuck Joon Yoon is a Professor of Cardiology at a Keimyung University Medical school in South Korea with expertise in interventional cardiology, particularly in high-risk PCI and complex coronary artery disease. Since starting his academic career in 2010, he has actively contributed to multicenter clinical trials and registry studies, focusing on image-guided PCI, chronic total occlusion, and structural heart diseaese. He served as a research associate at the University of California, Irvine beginning in 2019, expanding his experience in translational cardiovascular research. Dr. Yoon is also committed to medical education, frequently lecturing at national and international conferences as well as teaching medical students and residents.
