As a lecturer at the Department of Cardiology of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Victor Babes” Timisoara, she is a teacher doing her best to shape the next generation of medical professionals. She is the co-founder of Rocordis Heart Center, a Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery Hospital in Timisoara, Romania. As a cardiologist at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and Rocordis Heart Center in Timisoara, she is involved in managing the entire spectrum of cardiovascular pathology, particularly interested in catheter ablation and cryoablation of arrhythmias. Her research interest focuses on arrhythmia, sudden death, heart failure, arterial hypertension, pediatric electrophysiology and interdisciplinarity in the management of heart disease. She aims to deliver the highest quality of cardiovascular care to her patients, complete and coordinate a complex multidisciplinary research team and encourage her trainees to continuously upgrade and apply their knowledge and skills.
