Dr Ronner is a clinical cardiologist, working parttime to enable innovative projects using his clinical experience. He founded a company in ultrasound robotics called Corbotics, and is associated with Technical University Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He enjoys sharing his innovative ideas with students from technical universities to see his practical hassles in care be solved. His focus is more on alleviating the burden of care in his research and innovative work, than in research in itself.
