Dr. Melek [Soyadınız] is a cardiology resident currently working at the Department of Cardiology at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital. She holds a medical degree from Bezmialem Vakıf University, Faculty of Medicine. Her academic interests focus on the analytical and research-driven aspects of cardiology, with a particular emphasis on interventional cardiology and cardiovascular imaging. She is actively involved in multi-centered randomized clinical trials within her institution and is dedicated to producing impactful, translational research. Outside her clinical duties, Melek enjoys playing tennis and dedicates much of her free time to improving her performance. She also has a passion for traveling—especially organizing visits to ancient cities—and holds a deep appreciation for history and classical civilizations. In addition, she is enthusiastic about world gastronomy, and enjoys exploring global culinary cultures and fusion cuisine. She is fluent in Turkish and English.
