Andrzej Budaj MD, PhD, Professor of Medicine He graduated the Medical University of Warsaw. He is the appointed Director of the Department of Cardiology, Centre of Postgraduate Medical Education, Grochowski Hospital in Warsaw. Prof. Budaj is an author and co-author of over 150 publications (IF), with over 43,000 citations, Impact Factor over 1700, Hirsch Index over 70. He was awarded “Highly Cited Researcher” by Thomson Reuters and Clarivate Analytics Web of Science. He is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), a Member of the Oversight Committee of the ESC Euro Observational Research Program, Polish Cardiac Society (PCS), Chairman, PCS Guidelines and Education Committee, and a Member Correspondent of the Polish Academy of Skills in Cracow.
