Dr Panagiotis Simitsis MD, MSc, MBA, PhD(c), FHFA is a Consultant Cardiologist & Intensivist currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in MCS and heart transplant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School (Boston, USA). Clinical duties at the Dept. of Intensive Care Medicine at Attikon University Hospital (Athens, Greece). Subspecialty clinical training in Heart Failure at King's College Hospital (London, UK) and also in Intensive Care Medicine at Attikon University Hospital. He is a Fellow of ESC Heart Failure Association and has served as a Member of the ESC Committee on Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (2020-2021).
