Eleonora Fornara is a dietitian and PhD candidate at Ramon Llull University in Barcelona, where she conducts research on physical activity and cardiovascular disease prevention. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics with honors from Sapienza University of Rome and a Master's in Human Nutrition, Well-being, and Health from the University of Bologna. She has gained clinical experience in hospitals and private practices, focusing on preventive nutrition and metabolic disease management. She has participated in international research projects, including Eat4Age at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. She speaks Italian, Spanish, and English. Passionate about sports and nutritional science, she enjoys hiking and healthy cooking in her free time. At ESC Preventive Cardiology 2025, she will present her work on the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness, cardiovascular health, and other chronic diseases.
