Dr. Carlos Xavier Torres Fonseca is a physician graduated from the Universidad Central del Ecuador. He completed the Specialty in Clinical Cardiology at the Favaloro University-Favaloro Foundation University Hospital, Postgraduate in Arterial Hypertension and Cardiovascular Risk Factors at the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Fellowship and Master in Electrophysiology at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos (EHRA center) in Spain; Heart Failure Specialist at Universidad Católica de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Master in Science in Epidemiology with a mention in Clinical Research at the UTE University, Quito - Ecuador.
