Special interest is in valve disease and regenerative and device-related treatment of heart failure. Winner of MEDIS international scientific award 2015, Paul Dudley White Scientific Award at AHA congress 2018, Servier Advanced Cardiovascular School award (2016-2017). Received award as a student from the Government of the Kingdom of Norway. Had a Scholarship from Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. Graduated from Belgrade medical School 9.77/10. More than 50 in-extenso cc/ papers with IF published of which > 35 as a first/corresponding author Author and Principal Investigator for the multinational randomized Avatar trial. Founder and co-director of the Belgrade Valve International Symposium (BELVIS)
