Pooja Suri is a Cardiac Physiologist at the Lyell McEwin Hospital in Adelaide South Australia. She has completed her Bachelor of Health Science degree back in 2016 from the University of Adelaide. She then pursed her career in cardiac ultrasound where she did a graduate diploma in cardiac ultrasound from Queensland University of Technology in 2021. With over 6 years of experience in the field Pooja has now progressed into doing a Master of Clinical Science from the University of Adelaide and is studying the potential of using advanced echocardiographic techniques including GLS, myocardial works, LA strain and RV strain to help identify/triage patients who present as a NSTEMI. Aiming to help improve the diagnosis process, timing of intervention and clinical outcomes of patients with NSTEMI. Pooja loves to travel, spend time with her family and shopping.
