I'm Monica Salvi, I'm 26 years old and I came from Italy. I was born in Ancona, Marche. I graduated in Medicine in 2022 in Ancona (110/110 +) and during the university I was interested in Pulmonary Embolism and Pulmonary Hypertension. My thesis focused on Pulmonary Embolism and COVID-19 entitled '' Suspected of Pulmonary Embolism in COVID-19 patients: diagnosti and prognostic implication at the Emergency Department''. After graduation I decided to go to Bologna for my residency in Cardiology and I could access to the University of Bologna after a national selection test in 2022. My goal was learn more about Pulmonary Hypertension. Now my area of expertise and research is Pulmonary Hypertension and I'm focusing on CTEPH and also Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension. I like also the haemodinamics and in Bologna I use to perform right heart catheterization. I participated in several congresses in Italy focused on this topic as a speaker. I speak english and french. I do athletics high jump.
