I am a clincal physician in Osaka Rosai Hospital in Japan for nine years. My area of expertise is acute heart failure, structual heart disease such as TAVI or MitraClip. My reseach was the predictors of bleeding events in ADHF and Impella use for cardiogenic shock with papillary muscle rupture after MI. As a next step, though, I would like to conduct a prospective clinical study, but I am struggling to know how to do this. Therfore, I want to study aboroad to learn about clinical research. My hobby is soccer. Liverpool is my favorite team. In addition, I am encouraged by the success of ''Endo'' as a midfielder in Liverpool. If you meet the speaker with soccer ball, it might be me.
