Dr. Ahmed Sena is an Assistant Lecturer of Cardiovascular Medicine at Faculty of medicine Cairo University. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (April 2020) and a Master's degree in Cardiovascular Medicine (November 2024), both obtained from the Cairo University Faculty of Medicine. He has completed Cardiology residency at Cairo University hospitals (Sep.2021-Sep.2024). As a medical education and research enthusiast, Dr. Sena has contributed to one of the first heart failure registries at Cairo University Hospitals and has participated in multiple systematic reviews, enhancing the understanding of cardiovascular conditions. Dr. Sena's primary areas of interest include cardiovascular medicine, advanced heart failure, and advanced cardiac life support. He is a certified ALS provider and instructor accredited by the European Resuscitation Council. In addition to his professional pursuits, Dr. Sena enjoys swimming and playing football. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
