Iana Orlova worked in the Heart Failure Department of the Russian Research Cardiology Center from 1992 to 2002. From 2002 to 2013, she was the clinical director of the outpatient department. Since 2013 she has been teaching at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine, Lomonosov., Moscow State University. And besides this is the head of the age-associated diseases department of the University Clinic.
