Hadrian Wijnmaalen is cardiologist and clinical electrophysiologist in the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). He successfully defended his PhD thesis 'Substrate of ventricular tachycardia' in 2012. He was trained in the LUMC and the Leipzig Heart Center in Germany and is level 2 certified for invasive electrophysiology (EHRA), device therapy (EHRA) and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (EACVI). In 2018 he completed the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Cardiac Arrhythmia Management (DAS-CAM) at Maastricht University.
