Since 1991, when I began to take my first steps towards gaining my PhD in electrical engineering (specializing in Biomedical Eng), I had my first conversations with cardiologists & electrophysiologists. Since then I have come to realize what my true vocation is, this hybrid world of technology and cardiology. I developed a real passion for it and 32 years later that passion has only grown. I have actively engaged with EP across the 5 continents, with whom I maintain excellent relations, a fact that is of enormous personal satisfaction. These collaborations have resulted in numerous international projects & publications on a broad variety of topics. I have developed several subjects related to Biomedical Eng. I was part of the Board that introduced studies in Biomed Eng which did not exist at the time in Spanish further Education. I have also been a visiting researcher at many international centres & led the signing of agreements with some institutions, such as UC Berkeley or MIT.
