Dr. Ali Hasnie is a current third year general cardiology fellow at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Hasnie had a strong interest in medicine from an early age, choosing to attend a combined accelerated BA/MD program at The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, graduating in 2016. He subsequently joined the Mayo Clinic for a research internship under the direction of Dr. Iftikhar Kullo at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN focusing his efforts on the underdiagnosis of Familial Hypercholesterolemia and leveraging the electronic medical record to assist clinicians in both the diagnosis and management of this disorder. He moved to Toledo, OH to begin his Internal Medicine Residency and graduated in 2020 to move on to his current Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship training program. Dr. Hasnie plans to enter the exciting field of Interventional Cardiology in the near future.
