Dr. Billy Joseph David is an Adult Cardiology Fellow at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City, Philippines. He earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas. He is an Associate Fellow of the Philippine Heart Association. Dr. David was a Young Investigator Award Session finalist at the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Acute Cardiovascular Care (ACVC) Congress in March 2022 and an active member of the ESC ACVC Young Community. He also participated in the ACVC Acute Cardiac Care Jeopardy at the ESC ACVC Congress in 2024. His research interests include acute heart failure, antiplatelet therapy, and atrial fibrillation.
